Just make sure to go out of your way to be home for dinner every night; and do whatever it takes to spend quality time with them. One on one and together- whatever they want to do. Then they won't grow up too fast and you will establish deeper, more meaningful relationships with them and as a family.
I have no regrets. I was always "present' and engaged. You can be too. Be there when they first walk and all other life milestones.
